Networking with other organisations / NGOs / federations to help them use RTI in the context of socially relevant work. iii. the procedure followed in the decision making process, including channels of supervision and accountability Sakshi’s operations are outsourced to a young and enthusiastic team at Actnow.co.in. They handle the updation and management of the website, development and mailing of various newsletters to our stakeholders, development of trainers updates, managing enquiries and helping people file RTI applications and conducting RTI trainings themselves. iv. the norms set by it for the discharge of its functions Email response within 2 working days. Training programme to be conducted within 120 minutes. v. the rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records, held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions Terms of Reference and MOU with Act Now, Training Manual on RTI, Train the Trainer module on RTI. vi. a statement of the categories of documents that are held by it or under its control Trust deed, bank statements, accounts, email and some written correspondence files, databases, etc. vii. Employees are encouraged to speak up and contribute to decisions. Members of the public can write to us or call us in case of suggestions or feedback. There is no formal interaction with the public as such, however we do collect respondents' feedback after training. Members of the public can purchase these from us during the training at postal office cost. Sometimes they are given free at the discretion of the trainer where he/she feels that a person might not use the Act if a IPO is not provided free of cost. xii. particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorisations granted by it We do not file RTI applications for the public but rather invest in teaching them how to use it in any context. However, from a humanitarian angle, when we are unable to offer a training program as the quorum is low, we do offer advice on drafting an application. xiv. details in respect of the information, available to or held by it, reduced in an electronic form Most of our correspondence is available in email format in various computers. This is accessible if you give us time to dig it out. xv. the particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use (We do have some films, some RTI user manuals that members of the public can access in our office.
