Cyriac Joseph worked in the corporate sector for about 7 years before shifting to the non profit sector. He works as fund raising consultant in addition to his responsibilities in Sakshi.

Rohan D’souza worked in the corporate sector as a HR specialist. He has also worked as a HR specialist for the non profit sector and is very active with various activist movements in Bangalore.

Maxy Augustine worked in the legal sector as a lawyer.He has  worked as an adviser and also assisted  for  a number of organisations in India and aborad other than  his roles in Sakhi.He was an active member of Y's Men International India.
