    In exercise of the powers conferred by section
    27 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central
    Act 22 of 2005), the Government of Goa hereby
    makes the following rules so as to amend the Goa
    Right to Information (Regulation of Fee and Cost)
    Rules, 2006, as follows, namely:
    1. Short title and commencement. (1) These
    rules may be called the Goa Right to Information
    (Regulation of Fee and Cost) (Amendment) Rules,
    2007.
    (2) They shall come into force on the date of
    their publication in the Official Gazette.
    2. Amendment of rule 3. In sub-rule (1) of rule
    3 of the Goa Right to Information (Regulation of
    Fee and Cost) Rules, 2006, after the words "against
    proper receipt or and before the words "by
    demand draft, the words by affixing a Court fee
    stamp of Rs. 10/- or shall be inserted.
